PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY FALLS DURING THIS WEEK! PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADJUST SHIPMENTS TO REFLECT THE FEDERAL HOLIDAY.

Additional information:

The hotel does not have a loading dock
Pallet product by lift gate truck
The hotel charges $115.00 per pallet.

Condense your boxes as much as possible
The first 5 boxes are complimentary
– the hotel charges $5.00 per box per day after that

Hotel Policy:
Hotel personnel can NOT open boxes or break down a pallet
without a salesman present.

All shipped products arrive in the basement
and must be brought up to the show floor
on a single elevator. Door opens 41″ wide x 79″ tall
and is 56″ deep. There is a concrete cat walk
44″ wide from the elevator to accommodate
heavy items to and from showroom.
Pallets must be broken down in the basement
or (Weather Permitting) outside adjacent to ballroom.
We will have people available to deliver sealed boxes
to your booth and assist in breaking down a pallet
and bringing product to your booth.

Booths are Pipe and Drape 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep
Tables and Chairs will be in the booth for you to
arrange if you purchased them at signup.
Electrical (110 outlet) is available if you ordered it at signup.
WiFi is complimentary.
Your name will be on your booth space.
Staff will be available to show which ballroom you are in
and for assistance until the showrooms are setup.

NEW FOR 2017 SET UP – PLEASE provide your own ELECTRICAL POWER STRIPS.

Show set-Up time depends on pipe & drape completion.

Booth CANCELLATIONS: CLOSED 6 weeks prior to show
