Boxes and Pallets:
-Show products can be received on or after 23 July 2020
Hotel personnel can NOT open boxes or break down a pallet
without a salesman present.
Booths are Pipe and Drape 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep
Booth cost is $600 for the first 8×10 which includes one table, one chair, one boxed lunch on Friday, one snack on Saturday. Additional booths are $400 each and include one table, one chair, one boxed lunch on Friday, one snack on Saturday. Additional boxed lunches are available on Friday for $38.00 each.
Electrical (110 outlet) is available if you ordered it at signup.
WiFi is complimentary.
Your name will be on your booth space.
Staff will be available to show which ballroom you are in
and for assistance until the showrooms are setup.
PLEASE provide your own ELECTRICAL POWER STRIPS.
Show set-Up time depends on pipe & drape completion. Set up on Thursday if you would like.
Booth CANCELLATIONS: CLOSED 6 weeks prior to show
